- Do try to be respectful of your neighbors, do not crowd their claim with your claim, put your claim/base a decent distance apart.

Roleplay Rules
Ravens are at your own risk.It might not be wise to send a message on global letting everyone know that you're carrying valuables and/or your position/destination, or to say that a big group of armed men are on their way to somewhere, even if the raven isn't address to them people are still going to meta and it's not possible for the GMs to monitor it, so if you want to use a raven you're free to do so but at your own risk.
Global Chat is OOC only. Exception is Ravens and arrivals. You cannot reply on global, you must go In Character and interact with the seller.
ALL In-game interactions MUST be done in a roleplay fashion.
All engagements must be done in local.
Your character must follow your players created lore and his/her back story must fit well within the current situation in the world. Your character must behave realistically and appropriately to the different situations you participate in. For example if you want to lead a peaceful life then your words to others should reflect that or run the risk of confrontation or possible death. This is the year 1000 after all, act like it.
Always prioritize role play over rule play.
What NOT to do
Bad RP is acting on things that don’t concern your character's supposed beliefs. For example rallying against someone that has not wronged you in any way shape or form. Talking after you’ve died - especially trolling or insulting. Siding with others when it doesn’t make role play sense. Try and keep your character as serious as possible. Humour is encouraged but try and stay clear of deliberately annoying character traits and voices, especially pre-existing characters in modern day life.

- If someone is wearing a covered helm and no tabard or shield, you would not recognize them. If they remove helm, or are knocked out or killed, only then would you be able to see a face.
- If it's night time and you run into someone. If they do not wear a torch you can not see their identity.
- If someone does not introduce themselves by name to you and you do not ask for their name. You should not know their name.
- You can not return to a claim with a second character with the purpose of killing someone who harmed your first character.

What NOT to do
- Focus on out of character gains to the detriment of RP.
- Attack another person or group without a valid in character reason which would justify a hostile action.
- Ignore attempts to role-play.
- Act in a way that indicates no value for your characters survival.
- Force another person or group to attack you to gain revenge rights.
- Speak OOC in voice or don't using the "//" prefix to indicate OOC text communication.
- Impersonate another individual or group in a way that will cause IC or OOC harm to him, his group or their reputation. No Fake Bounties.
- We employ a zero tolerance policy towards those who engage in racist, rape, immature or otherwise abusive role play. Such actions are grounds for permanent removal from this community.

Power-gaming and Meta-gaming
Both of the following are disallowed.
Powergaming refers to forcing an action, condition or belief upon another player's character beyond what the game's mechanics allow.
Metagaming is a broad term generally used to define any strategy, action or method used in a game which transcends a prescribed ruleset, uses external factors to affect the game or goes beyond the supposed limits or environment set by the game. Metagaming is when a player receives information that they otherwise should not have received in any reasonable role-play way.
